Accessibility statement

Our target for the public pages and organization-store interface we control is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That is a working target, not a claim that every page has been independently audited or formally certified as conforming.

Our accessibility work includes:

• semantic headings, labels, landmarks, lists, tables, and form controls;
• keyboard access and visible focus treatment for interactive controls;
• text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternatives for decorative images;
• color and contrast checks against the site design tokens;
• plain-language instructions and error messages that do not rely on color alone;
• responsive layouts that support text enlargement and smaller screens; and
• automated checks, code review, and testing of important customer paths.

Some content may not yet meet the target in every situation. Uploaded customer artwork, logos, product mockups, and content supplied by an organization can vary in accessibility. Complex design tools may also require interactions that are difficult with some assistive technologies. Hosted services, including Stripe’s payment page and linked third-party sites, are controlled by their providers and may have separate accessibility support.

We do not treat those limits as a reason to leave someone without a way to complete a task. Contact us and we will work with you on an accessible alternative for information, design assistance, a quote, or an order when reasonably possible.

Tell us the page or store, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Please also tell us the format or method that would work for you. Do not include card details or sensitive identification in a general message.

We review reported barriers and changes to important customer paths as the site evolves. This statement will be updated when our accessibility target, material features, or support process changes. See our privacy policy for how information submitted with an accessibility request is handled.
