Gang sheet size guide
A gang sheet is one big transfer sheet you fill with as many designs as fit. You pay for the sheet, not per design, so you can mix logos, names, sizes and different jobs on one sheet. After it prints, cut the designs apart and press each one.
DTF gang sheet sizes
Every DTF sheet is 22 inches wide. You pick the length.
| Sheet (width × height) | Area | Price | Upload size at 300 ppi |
|---|---|---|---|
| 22 × 12 in | 264 sq in | $8.49 | 6600 × 3600 px |
| 22 × 24 in | 528 sq in | $15.95 | 6600 × 7200 px |
| 22 × 36 in | 792 sq in | $22.99 | 6600 × 10800 px |
| 22 × 48 in | 1,056 sq in | $29.99 | 6600 × 14400 px |
Prices are for standard Hot Peel film. Glitter adds 25%, Holo Stripe 50%, Reflective 100%.
How to choose
- Lay out your biggest design first. A 22-inch width fits two 10-inch-wide designs side by side with 2 inches left for spacing.
- Add up the rows. Stack rows down the sheet. If your designs fill about one foot, start with 22 × 12; two feet, 22 × 24; and so on.
- Not sure? Start in the builder. You can switch sheet size any time inside the Gang Sheet Builder and the price updates as you go. Check your placement after resizing.
Fill tips
- Leave a small gap between designs so they're easy to cut apart. How much is up to you.
- Fill empty spots with small extras: sleeve hits, pocket logos, hat patches or tags.
- Use transparent PNGs at 300 ppi at the size they'll print. A JPG always prints its background.
- Your film choice is set when you start a design, so pick Hot Peel or a specialty film first.
- Need more than one of the same sheet? Set the quantity on your order.
Already have a finished sheet? Upload a single-page PDF made at the exact sheet size, or a transparent PNG at 300 ppi, on the Upload artwork page.
