We want your project to be awesome and legally safe. Here’s a quick guide.
Characters, logos, and artwork owned by companies like Disney, Marvel, NFL, Nike, etc. are protected by copyright and trademark law. Only those companies (or their officially licensed partners) can authorize reproductions. Printing unlicensed designs puts both the buyer and the printer at legal risk, so we can’t produce them.
Not necessarily. Many files sold on marketplaces (Etsy shops, Facebook groups, etc.) are not officially licensed, even if you paid for them. Purchasing a file does not automatically grant reproduction rights for copyrighted material.
No. The “10% rule” is an internet myth. Infringement is based on recognizability and rights, not a percentage of change.
We’re happy to print:
Reputable sources that offer artwork with clear licensing (always check each item’s license):
The only legal option is to purchase officially licensed merchandise from Disney or authorized retailers. We cannot print those designs ourselves without an official license.
Our policy protects customers and our business from legal issues. When we print only licensed or original artwork, you get great-looking transfers with complete peace of mind.
Unsure about a file? Email it to us before ordering and we’ll confirm whether the license permits printing.
